PhilipPENGELLYpassed away peacefully, at Barnstaple Hospital, on Thursday 25th June 2020, after a short illness, aged 81 years of Marhamchurch. Much loved Husband, of Jennifer, dearest Dad of Kathryn & Kevin, Jill & Graham, Abigail & Anthony. Loving Grandad to all his Grandchildren and Great Grandson.
